Welcome to Mark Zilberman's World of Music

Mark in studio

Hello, I am Mark Zilberman, a composer with a deep passion for the "modern classic" style. My musical journey involves seamlessly blending classical orchestral instruments and vocals with electronic elements, synthesizers, and computer-generated sounds. The result is a contemporary and rich soundscape that bridges the gap between tradition and modernity.

"Piano Concerto" is an ongoing project that's currently in development. I finalized the music for the first part of my Piano Concerto in 2023, and now my team and I are in the process of producing and editing the visual content. We've harnessed the power of Artificial Intelligence to create something truly unique – quite possibly one of the first music videos entirely painted by AI.

On the "Piano Concerto" webpage, you can listen to the music, view selected AI-generated images, and watch the completed segments. You're also invited to subscribe for updates, support the project, acquire a signed CD/DVD, and even have your name featured in the video's credits, or perhaps contribute your own AI-generated images to this exciting endeavor.

Vocal cycle "Lilith" is another project currently in development. I composed this vocal cycle in 2023 and recorded it with the talented Canadian soprano singer, Daria Tereshchenko. The composition is based on the poem "Lilith" written by poet Vadim Shefner nearly six decades ago. According to legend, Lilith was Adam's first wife, who left Eden, paving the way for the creation of Eve. This intriguing narrative inspired Vadim Shefner's 1965 poem, which in turn inspired my vocal cycle "Lilith" in 2023, where legend, progress and love are mixed together. While in the modern view, Lilith's image is often painted in dark colors, this vocal cycle primarily focuses on the brighter aspects of Lilith and the unfulfilled love between Adam and Lilith.

The visuals for this video are also being generated by Artificial Intelligence, aligning with the poetic text and music. As we continue to edit the video for "Lilith," you can discover more about the project, preview the images, listen to the music, and subscribe for updates on the dedicated webpage "Lilith". If you're inclined, you can also support this project, acquire a signed CD/DVD, and have your name prominently featured in the video credits.

Holly Chaplin, soprano singer "Ave Maria" represents a fully realized project. This composition was brought to life in 2020, featuring the remarkable talents of the Canadian soprano singer, Holly Chaplin. Within this composition, you'll find a harmonious fusion of classical elements, enriched by contemporary nuances, making it a true testament to the evolution of musical expression.

Both versions are readily accessible on YouTube, each amassing an impressive view count exceeding 100,000. To delve deeper into the world of "Ave Maria," visit the dedicated webpage "Ave Maria".
